A large proportion of our work comes from private homeowners and families looking to extend or alter their homes. Typically they will employ an Architect to produce detailed drawings of the extension and alterations. We can work directly off these drawings or if no drawings are available we would carry out the necessary survey work to enable us to produce the calculations and sketches suitable for Building Regulation applications to the Local Authority.

The areas we cover includes, the removal of load bearing walls, the conversion of existing lofts and the design of structures for new extensions.

 We are happy to look any size of project from a single steel beam design, to extensive structural alterations and large complex extensions.
